HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP
- As soon as you submit your order, we begin processing it immediately the next business day. It takes between 5-7 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. Once it is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING
- Domestic (U.S.): Shipping is completely weight based depending on the weight of your order. During checkout you will be shown this amount. Our shipping prices domestically are completely dependent on our courier pricing (USPS, Fedex, UPS). After the 5-7 business day processing time, you will receive your tracking email and can track your order all the way through its process to delivery to you.
- International Shipping (Rest of the world): This works the same way as Domestic. During checkout, you will be shown the pricing for shipping, once again it is completely weight based for your order. The major difference for International Shipping is that once your order is shipped, it can take an additional 2-4 weeks (depending on your country of residence) for it to be delivered. Please be aware that due to the current state of Tariffs and all other customs and fees, Ethereal has absolutely no control over how these fees are assessed, how much they are, or when they will be required to be collected, this information is all conditional on your countries government and local laws and you will need to contact them or your shipping courier directly for this information.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST/STOLEN?
- It is extremely rare to occur, but if your order gets lost or stolen you are responsible for contacting your shipping courier to get it retrieved. In most cases, they will take your tracking information that we provide to you once it ships and they will open a claim for your package. Once Ethereal ships your order, it is the shipping couriers sole responsibility to deliver it to you safely.

- All of our products are made extremely exclusively, and to your chosen specifications. We provide as much detail as possible to help you make the best decision in areas like sizing, and garment care, including size charts on every items page and how everything fits. Due to our order process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to our constantly changing and fluctuating inventory, NO EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED.
